Plan Compliance / Correction

  • Assist, research, prepare corrected schedules, provide consulting as needed to fit clients individual compliance and / or correction needs 

Third Party Administration (TPA) Services

  • Review / reconcile employee census data provided for accuracy and regulatory / plan document compliance
  • Calculate plan and contribution eligibility
  • Calculate profit sharing contribution scenario(s)
  • Allocate forfeitures and/or earnings if appropriate
  • Review all contributions for regulatory compliance
  • Perform compliance testing
  • Review trust activity for regulatory compliance
  • Prepare regulatory compliance reports and schedules
  • Prepare participant statements if appropriate
  • Assist with processing participant distributions and loans
